GRATEFUL FOR A GREAT TRIP

Well, it was so great to visit family in FL.  I was thrilled to "frolick" once again with Mom.  This came as a surprise, actually, I did not know what to expect. Mom rose to the occasion and we had lunch at a few of her favorite places this week.  Great food and company. Don came and we had a healthy balance of visiting family and enjoying bike week....who would have thought! Great memories all around

ON A ROLL NOW

It's a miracle....she's frolicking again!

Can you believe that mom and I went out to eat at the same restaurant today....twice!  We went to lunch at Dixie Crossing because its Moms favorite and she really wanted oysters!  Then we returned with Don for dinner! Got to hang out with the cutest little nephews and briefly visit Catherine, too!

ANOTHER GOOD DAY

With "frolicking" in full swing down here in FL (well, somewhat)

...we headed out to Walmart for a little groceries and exersize.  Then, since things were going well, we took Mom out to Crackerbarrel...one of Mom's favorites. got to love that comfort food.

VISITING MOM

Lots of laughs today! Great to see Mom, brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephews. Don and I were able to take mom out to lunch at Kelseys down the street.

FEELING FROLICKY AGAIN

Well, in a few days I'll be "frolicking" with Mom again !!  Looking forward to this visit. Stay tuned!

WHY IS IT?

you can't live with them and you can't live without them?  Mom and I had alot of fun times, but we also had a very difficult time living together as adults.  That situation makes me think alot about independance/dependance and the cycle of life.  Heck, I even miss playing UPWORDS!
